About HRC

The HRC Group was founded by Moira Kelly in 1990, and its primary business was the recruitment and training of Executive Management, including Executive Housekeepers for international hotels as part of the opening of these properties in Australia and Asia Pacific.


Since 1992 HRC’s Housekeeping Services Division was established with its prime focus being on providing recruitment and training to corporate 4 and 5 star hotels in Australia, and to manage the pre-opening processes of many of these Hotels Housekeeping departments


Today HRC has achieved a stellar reputation for offering complete housekeeping management solutions that are client focussed and measured through quality outcomes

Housekeeping Manager

Housekeeping Supervisor

Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and control of cleaning and servicing for all bedrooms, restaurants, function and public rooms in the hotel and homes. Their job duties are critical in the effective supervision of the hotel, as cleanliness is of the highest priority in the hospitality industry. The effective management of subordinate housekeeping employees will be paramount to the success of this position. Leadership, problem-solving, and decisiveness are critical for success in this role.

If you are physically fit and would like a practical job in hospitality, this could be for you.Hotel room attendants make sure that hotel rooms are clean, tidy and inviting for guests. In this job you would need to pay close attention to details. You would need to work alone and in a team. You would also need to be honest and reliable. There aren't any specific entry requirements to get into this job. You may be able to train for this job through an Apprenticeship scheme.

Houseperson

As a house person you should be highly skilled in sweeping, moping, washing, waxing and polishing floors alongwith the ability to provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail. You will be required to dust furniture and vacuum carpets,area rugs,draperies and furniture. You should also be able to make beds, change sheets and allocate clean towels and toiletries. Substantial knowledge of all housekeeping equipment and maintenance of carpet care and floor surfaces will be an added bonus.
