Moira Kelly Managing Director and sole Owner of the HRC Group commenced her business in 1990. Prior to immigrating to Australia she has been involved in the opening and operations of International Hotels in Europe, Middle East and Australasia.

With over 30 years of expertise in the hotel industry, prior to establishing her business she specialised in Rooms Division, Training, pre and post openings of Hotels.

Since 1990 she has been responsible for implementing Outsourcing Services to the Hotel Industry as well as Executive Recruitment and Training.

Over the past 16 years together with her exceptional team she has designed and implemented training skills and tools to enhance the education of her employees which had enhanced the services to our clients.

As well as her Passion for her business she also breeds Dressage Horses

Gavin Green General Manager of the HRC Group commenced his hospitality career at The Brisbane Hilton Hotel before moving to Sydney in 1991 to assist with the opening of the largest hotel in Australia at the time, The Nikko Hotel Darling Harbour. In 1993 through 2001 Gavin joined Moira Kelly, at The HRC Group as Operations Manager to assist with her ever growing Housekeeping outsourcing business.

With over 20 years experience with top leading 4 & 5 Star International Hotel Companies working in the Housekeeping Department and Front of House Operations. In 2001 he joined The Westin Sydney, winner of Best Deluxe & Luxury Accommodation Australian Hoteliers Awards 2002 in the position of Executive Housekeeper. In 2003 Gavin left Sydney Australia and immigrated to Toronto Canada where he joined The Four Seasons Group for the next 3 years. Prior to leaving Canada Gavin was a part of pre-opening management team at the Hazelton International Hotel, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World Group in the position of Director of Housekeeping. The Hazelton Hotel was the first 5 Star property to open its doors in Toronto for over 20 years was soon promoted to Director of Rooms before returning back home to Sydney Australia.
