Australia. This top resort is seeking a highly experienced HR professional with extensive experience within the hospitality sector or other highly service orientated operations. Ideally tertiary qualified with knowledge of all facets of HR especially IR. A challenging and demanding role.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER/F&B

Queensland, Large Resort. Must have sound resort experience and able to operate closely with the operations, developing standards and motivating teams. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a key role for future career development. Australian or PRA only.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Melbourne. 4-star city apartment hotel requires financial controller. Knowledge of strata-title properties is desirable.

NIGHT CLUB & COMPLEX MANAGER

Melbourne, 5 Star Hotel. Part of this premier hotel, this operation requires an experienced manager to develop and re-establish this venue as the top venue in town. Must have experience of both managing quality entertainment venues and a sound marketing bias.

CHEFS - ITALIAN

U.A.E - Two Italian specialists required for deluxe operation in the Middle East. Excellent package being offered for the right candidates.

SOUS CHEF

Saudi Arabia. Deluxe hotel operation requires Sous Chefs for the following areas - Main Kitchen ; Gardemanger ; Banqueting/Production. Great opportunity to join this group with new projects planned for the future. Must be quality-driven and highly skilled in your area.

Sydney 4-star is seeking a young, enthusiastic manager to oversee the HR function within this 180 room property. Reporting to a group HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day issues. An excellent opportunity for a first-up role. Would suit experienced Assistant or Coordinator.

EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Sydney. Deluxe 4 Star, CBD Hotel with 400 Rooms. Must have previous Executive Housekeeping or Assistant experience in a quality hotel property.

North Queensland Resort. One of Australia's best known resorts. Due to promotion within Rooms Division they are seeking an experienced Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper to take over this role. Must be able to deal with large public area's and over 300 rooms.

RESTAURANT MANAGER :

Perth, Western Australia. Established 5-star hotel in Perth is seeking a dynamic and motivated restaurant professional with an intimate knowledge of wines to assist in the launch of this new venue. Must be creative, and able to drive a young team towards making this Perth's most desirable restaurant & wine bar.

Melbourne, 4 Star Hotel. To develop and coordinate operation for this brand new contemporary outlet within one of Melbourne's newest hotels.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

North Queensland Resort. Hands-on manager required to oversee several food outlets within this resort. Must be strong in training, and have sound financial abilities. This is a senior role reporting to the GM.
